- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 egg
- 2 c. (or more) flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, oil, egg and 1 cup self-rising flour.

3Put over pan of hot water; cover and let rise 15 minutes.

4Add remaining flour.

5If sticky, add more flour to make soft dough and knead slightly.

6Shape into rolls; let rise 1/2 hour.

7Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

8Makes 1 dozen.
