- 1 (3 lb) whole chickens, cut up
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup yogurt, plain
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 cup minced fresh ginger
- 12 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well.

2Put chicken in a suitable container and pour sauce all over chicken to coat it for marinating.

3Marinate chicken pieces in sauce in refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours.

4Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, basting occasionally.
