  • strawberries
  • low fat plain yogurt
  • sugar cane
  • cream fresh, for garnish
  • chocolate flakes dark
  • fresh mint leaves

Directions

    Place the beaters on the mixer, an aluminum bowl with a couple of tablespoons of cream in the freezer for ten minutes, just enough time to prepare the mixture.

    Wash strawberries and cut roughly and put them in a blender with yogurt and sugar, adjusting the density by adding more or less yogurt or strawberries in accordance with your taste.

    When the strawberries are pureed, pour into the glass and keep in refrigerator.

    Remove the bowl from the freezer and whip the cream with the mixer and whip.

    Wash and dry the mint leaves, pull out of the refrigerator's glass and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate flakes, mint and a couple of biscuits.
