Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers (can be any kind)
  • 3 small boxes instant French vanilla pudding
  • 5 c. milk
  • 12 oz. container Cool Whip
  • 3 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    In a 12 x 15-inch pan, place a layer of graham crackers on bottom of pan.

    Mix pudding, 5 cups milk and Cool Whip.

    Pour mixture over crackers. Layer crackers evenly on top of mixture. Melt chocolate and butter; take off heat and add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.

    Spread on top of mixture.

    Chill at least 8 hours or overnight.
