  • 1 (16 oz.) box graham crackers
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Layer 13 x 2 x 9-inch pan with 1 package (1/3 box) graham crackers.

    Don't need to crumble or break up.

    With electric mixer, whip puddings and 3 cups of milk until smooth.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Spoon 1/2 pudding mixture on first layer of crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers.

    Spoon last half of pudding mixture on second layer of crackers.

    Add final layer of graham crackers.
