- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 boxes vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
- 1 c. water
- chocolate syrup
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Bring water to a boil.

2Turn off heat and add margarine.

3When margarine has melted, remove from burner and add flour, using a wire whip to mix.

4Add eggs, one at a time.

5Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Eclair will puff up and then settle.

7Mix pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk.

8Beat 1 to 2 minutes and pour over shell when cooled.

9Spread with Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

10Refrigerate.
