  • 1 (8 ounce) package edamame, shelled
  • 13 cup cilantro leaf
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 13 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 13 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 14 teaspoon ground cumin
