- 1 1/2 cups frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans)
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame-seed paste)
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions

1Cook edamame in boiling water 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Drain.

2Place garlic and next 4 ingredients in a food processor, and pulse 3 times or until chopped. Add edamame, cilantro, and remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
