Ingredients

  • 6 cups chicken broth or 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups shelled edamame beans (fresh cooked or frozen, thawed)
  • 1 cup finely sliced white mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • dark sesame oil (a dash)
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over high heat; stir well.
