  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. cocoa plus a little more (if you want)
  • 1 c. light corn syrup (almost)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    In a saucepan, combine together sugar, salt, cocoa, corn syrup, milk and butter.
  2. 2
    Cook to a soft ball stage.
  3. 3
    Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow cream and vanilla.
  4. 4
    Beat and stir in nuts. Pour into a buttered pan and let sit.
