  • 3 chicken breast
  • 2 packages instant rice
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1/2 bunch green onion
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 2 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can French fried onions regular or cheddar
  • 1/2 cup graded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli cooked
  • 2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

    preheat oven to 350f

    boil two bags instant rice till soft in the same put boil broccoli it should be done when rice is..drain add two Tbs butter

    cook chicken in stock for about ten minutes or until fully cooked.add parsley garlic and green onions cook till soft

    spray casserole dish with nonstick

    mix rice with cream of celery, chicken parsley n onions.mix in the cheddar while hot until melted

    season to taste salt n pepper

    pour mixture into casserole dish.

    top with French fried onions and parmesan cheese.

    add some more sharp cheddar to top if desired

    bake for about 20 minutes
