  • 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
  • 1 lb. Old English or Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Blend in blender oleo, mustard, eggs, milk, salt.

    Combine bread, bacon and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover with mixture from blender to refrigerate overnight.

    Bake 1 hour at 350° uncovered.
