Ingredients
- 1 large head lettuce, shredded
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- salt to taste
Directions

1Fry bacon; drain, cool and crumble into small pieces.

2In a large bowl, layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon.

3Repeat 3 times.

4Pour sugar, salt and cheese on top.

5Finish with the mayonnaise.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Toss the salad just before serving.
