  • 4 eggs salt and pepper
  • 5 1/3 tablespoons Italian parsley
  • 5 5/8 tablespoons butter
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 1 garlic bread

    Fine chop the parsley and well mix with all the eggs and ingredients. Warm the butter in the pan with low heat. Turn off the heat and cool down for 2 minutes.

    Add the egg and stir with the melt butter. slowly heat the pan. Keep stirring to ensure the egg is smooth in texture. Turn off the heat when the egg is thick and sticky.

    Prepare a plate and a 3-inch mousse cake ring brush with olive oil. Make the egg with cake shape and place the chopped mozzarella cheese as the core.

    Bake the whole cake in preheated oven with 250 degree Celsius for 10 - 15 minutes. Garnish the dish with stir fry mushroom and toasted garlic bread.
