  • English muffin bread
  • 8 oz thinly sliced ham
  • 1/2 pound sliced or shredded Swiss cheese.
  • 1/2 pound sliced or shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-1 1/2 cup corn flakes or potato chips crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

    Grease 9 x 13 pan. Cover pan with 1 layer of bread, buttered side down. Cover with a layer of swiss cheese, layer of ham and layer of cheddar cheese. Cover with another later of muffin bread, butter side up. Blend other ingredients and pour on top. Refrigerate 8-10 hours or overnight. Mix cornflakes or chips and melted butter just before baking and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
