- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. sausage
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Brown the sausage.

2In a 9 x 13-inch pan, break bread until it covers bottom of pan.

3Sprinkle sausage over top of bread; sprinkle on cheese.

4In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasoning.

5Pour over bread mixture.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7The next morning, bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
