Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Brown the sausage.

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, break bread until it covers bottom of pan.

    Sprinkle sausage over top of bread; sprinkle on cheese.

    In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasoning.

    Pour over bread mixture.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    The next morning, bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
