- 1 12 lbs pork sausage
- 18 eggs
- 2 cups condensed milk (not sweetened)
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups croutons
Directions

1Cook and stir sausage until light brown and drain.

2Place sausage in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

3Beat eggs, milk and salt, stir in cheese and pour over sausage.

4Top with flavored croutons.

5Let sit in refrigerator overnight.

6Bake uncovered at 325 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

7(can take up to an hour).

8Can add onion, pepper etc.

9Also, can use chedder, pepper, or any mixture of cheeses.
