Egg Bake Overnight

  • 1 12 lbs pork sausage
  • 18 eggs
  • 2 cups condensed milk (not sweetened)
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups croutons

Directions

    Cook and stir sausage until light brown and drain.

    Place sausage in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

    Beat eggs, milk and salt, stir in cheese and pour over sausage.

    Top with flavored croutons.

    Let sit in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake uncovered at 325 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

    (can take up to an hour).

    Can add onion, pepper etc.

    Also, can use chedder, pepper, or any mixture of cheeses.
