- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. white flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Use a wooden spoon.

2In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Stir in honey.

3Add margarine, salt and only 2 cups of the flour. Stir in eggs and vanilla.

4Beat on low speed with mixer until blended.

5Increase speed to high; beat one minute.

6Stir in additional cup of flour.

7Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, about 45 minutes.
