  • 1 cup Water Ground Corn Meal
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Shortening
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

    Bring water to a boil. Add water to corn meal, salt, and shortening. Cool, then add milk and beaten eggs.

    Mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F for 60 minutes.
