  • 2 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk, skim, (non fat) powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 each eggs small
  • 3/4 cup milk or enough to make 1 cup with the egg
  • 1 teaspoon yeast, active dry

Directions

    Bake (Rapid) mode may be used.

    Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan.

    Add liquid ingredients.

    Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.

    Press start.
