Ingredients

  • 1 each 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 3 each Hot Italian Sausages (unskinned)
  • 2 lrg cans of Pinto Beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can great Northern beans
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup ground cumin
  • 2 big cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ground red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp galic powder
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 box beef stock
  • 2 big cans of water (Pinto Beans can)

Directions

    In large pot Brown meat.

    Then drain oil.

    Place meat back in pot.

    Add all ingredients.

    Bring to a Boil.

    Once boiling put to simmer.

    For about 2-3 hours.

    Add water if needed.

    Adjust ingredients as needed.

    I only adjust the cumin and/or chili powder.

    Depends how spicy you like it.
