- 3 c. milk
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 1 lb. bacon, browned and drained
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- chopped chives for color
Directions

1Beat eggs well; add milk, bread, salt and mustard.

2Stir in cheese and meat.

3Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake for 45 minutes or until firm in a 350° oven.
