  • 9 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 lb. bacon, browned and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • chopped chives for color

    Beat eggs well; add milk, bread, salt and mustard.

    Stir in cheese and meat.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake for 45 minutes or until firm in a 350° oven.
