- 3 c. milk
- 9 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 1/2 c. bread crumbs or cubes
- 3 c. cheese (mix your two favorite kinds)
- green peppers (optional)
- mushrooms (optional)
- onion (optional)
Directions

1Place bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle cheese over bread.

3Beat eggs with milk, add salt and mustard; pour over bread and cheese.

4Add peppers, mushrooms and onions, if desired.

5Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
