- 6 slices bread, dried and cubed
- 1 lb. hamburger or sausage, cubed
- 1/2 lb. sharp or medium Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs*
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 lb. or 1/2 c. oleo, melted
- 4 medium cubed potatoes
- mushrooms to taste
Directions

1Butter 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

2Mix bread, meat, cheese and veggies together and put in dish.

3Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

4Pour over mixture.

5Melt oleo and pour over mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate 6 to 7 hours or overnight.
