  • 6 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 4 to 5 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle bread evenly over bottom of pan.

    Top with sausage.

    Pour eggs over bread and sausage.

    Pour margarine over mixture.

    Sprinkle cheese over top and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 minutes.
