- 1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 4 to 5 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle bread evenly over bottom of pan.

3Top with sausage.

4Pour eggs over bread and sausage.

5Pour margarine over mixture.

6Sprinkle cheese over top and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 minutes.
