- 3 lbs (1.4 kg). hamburger
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). soy sauce
Directions

1In a bowl mix oyster sauce and soysauce; set aside

2Make 6 hamburger patties fry until almost cooked

3Spread sauce mixture over patties.

4Cook until done.

5After patties are cooked set aside.

6Use the same pan with sauces in it fry eggs over easy.

7Put both on a bun and enjoy!
