- 2 c. medium white sauce
- 1/2 lb. grated Velveeta
- pimento, drained
- 4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
- buttered cracker crumbs for topping

1Place cracker crumbs on bottom of casserole.

2Make the white sauce.

3Add 1/2 of sauce to cover crumbs.

4Spread over sauce: Velveeta. pimento and eggs.

5Add remaining white sauce and cover with buttered cracker crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
