- 1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. cubed ham or turkey
- 7 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Place half the cheese in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine until tender.

2Place over cheese. Place meat over mushrooms and top with rest of cheese.

3Beat eggs, milk, flour, parsley and seasoned salt.

4Pour over casserole.

5Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
