- 6 eggs
- 12 slices bread
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place 6 slices bread in 9 x 3-inch greased pan.

2Mix milk, salt and beaten eggs; set aside.

3Shred cheese and sprinkle over top of bread.

4Fry bacon to crisp stage; crumble over cheese layer.

5Add remaining 6 slices of bread.

6Pour egg mixture over all.

7Cover with foil; let stand overnight.

8Bake with foil or until almost done, then remove to brown.

9Bake at 325° to 350° for 40 minutes.
