- 1 doz. hard-cooked eggs
- mayonnaise
- 1 small can cocktail shrimp
- fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- paprika
Directions

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise until moist.

3Add a few shrimp and some finely chopped parsley.

4Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

5Refill egg white halves with mixture.

6Top with 1 shrimp and small sprig of parsley; sprinkle with paprika.

7Yields 8 to 12 servings.
