- 2 lb. sausage or bacon
- 6 slices white bread
- 1 doz. egg
- 4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cook meat and crumble in bottom of large rectangular pan. Cube bread and put on top of meat.

2Mix thoroughly, eggs, milk and seasonings.

3Pour over bread.

4Cover with cheese.

5Chill 12 to 24 hours.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

7Makes 10 to 12 servings.
