  • 2 c. bread, torn
  • 1/2 lb. cheese
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 2 tsp. chopped onions
  • 1/4 lb. bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. mustard

Directions

    Tear bread into pieces.

    Cook bacon until crisp.

    Cut cheese into chunks (medium size).

    Layer in baking dish the bread, cheese and bacon.

    Melt butter.

    Add eggs, milk and mustard.

    Stir and pour over bread.

    Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
