  • 12 slices bacon
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Brown the bacon.

    Butter a rectangular Pyrex dish with butter. Layer bottom of dish with cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over cheese. Add 4 slices of crumbled bacon. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Crumble rest of the bacon on top.

    Bake 10 more minutes.

    Let stand 5 minutes, then slice.
