  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box Rice Chex
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine in saucepan over low heat until all melted.

    Gently fold in Rice Chex until all are covered.

    Dump into a large bowl and pour box of sugar and shake well until all covered.
