  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 can bread crumbs
  • 1 small pkg. grated cheese
  • onion, chopped
  • green pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. bacon or sausage

Directions

    Beat well the eggs and milk.

    Fry bacon or sausage and drain. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and pour in the meat.

    Layer with bread crumbs, cheese, green pepper and onion.

    Pour egg mixture over everything.

    Cover and put in a 350° oven and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
