- 1 lb. ground ham
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 slices (about 2 c.) bread cubes
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 10 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and salt. Beat for 1 minute.

3Stir in cheese, bread and ham.

4Pour into ungreased 11 x 17-inch loaf pan or baking dish.

5Bake at 350°

6for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.

7Serves 12. This can be mixed and refrigerated ahead of time.

8Add 5 to 10 minutes for baking if refrigerated.
