Egg Casserole Supreme

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 regular can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
  • sauteed sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 lb. bacon or sausage, cooked and drained (optional)
  • 12 oz. Colby Jack cheese, grated (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Melt and cool butter and add to eggs.

    Mix in baking powder and flour and stir until they dissolve.

    Add the can of cheese soup (undiluted).

    Grate cheese and add to egg mixture. Add pepper.

    Saute bacon; drain and crumble.

    Saute 1/2 pound sausage; drain all fat off.

    Saute mushrooms and drain.

    Add any or all you'd like.

    Blend into egg mixture.

    Bake for 1 hour at 300°. (You can prepare the night before, refrigerate and bake the next morning.)
