Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 regular can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
- sauteed sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 lb. bacon or sausage, cooked and drained (optional)
- 12 oz. Colby Jack cheese, grated (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Melt and cool butter and add to eggs.

3Mix in baking powder and flour and stir until they dissolve.

4Add the can of cheese soup (undiluted).

5Grate cheese and add to egg mixture. Add pepper.

6Saute bacon; drain and crumble.

7Saute 1/2 pound sausage; drain all fat off.

8Saute mushrooms and drain.

9Add any or all you'd like.

10Blend into egg mixture.

11Bake for 1 hour at 300°. (You can prepare the night before, refrigerate and bake the next morning.)
