  • 10 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small pkg. green onions, chop tops and all
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix all together with enough mayonnaise to hold together. Line a bowl with plastic wrap before pouring mixture in.

    Mold in refrigerator.

    Turn out on a plate.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Serve with crackers.
