- 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 small pkg. green onions, chop tops and all
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- Hellmann's mayonnaise
Directions

1Mix all together with enough mayonnaise to hold together. Line a bowl with plastic wrap before pouring mixture in.

2Mold in refrigerator.

3Turn out on a plate.

4Sprinkle with paprika.
