- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento strips, drained
- watercress
Directions

1Remove yolks from eggs; put into a sieve over a bowl.

2Place rings of white on buttered bread.

3Sieve egg yolks and ends of whites.

4Mix sieved eggs, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and vinegar.

5Beat until smooth.
