Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • cinnamon (optional)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla or butternut flavoring

Directions

    Butter around little cups or put in pie crust.

    Scald milk (do not boil).
  3. 3
    Add to eggs.

    Bake in oven at 375° for 30 minutes. Shake to see if it is firm enough.

    If longer cooking is needed reduce heat to 350°.
