- 4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- cinnamon (optional)
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla or butternut flavoring
Directions

1Butter around little cups or put in pie crust.

2Scald milk (do not boil).

3Add to eggs.

4Bake in oven at 375° for 30 minutes. Shake to see if it is firm enough.

5If longer cooking is needed reduce heat to 350°.
