  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (each egg)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg

    Beat eggs; add sugar, then add milk and vanilla.

    Butter pan real good, then pour mixture in.

    Sprinkle nutmeg.

    Pour into dish or crust.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until set.
