  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 2-1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • Grating of nutmeg

Directions

    Scald milk; pour over eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix well and pour in crust.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
