- 2 c. milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Separate 3 egg whites.

2Beat the 3 egg yolks and 2 whole eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add the milk, then add melted margarine. Fold in egg whites. Beat until smooth.

3Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.

4Makes 2 pies.
