  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Separate 3 egg whites.

    Beat the 3 egg yolks and 2 whole eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add the milk, then add melted margarine. Fold in egg whites. Beat until smooth.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.

    Makes 2 pies.
