  • 3 c. milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Beat the eggs well. Add all ingredients, mixing well. Cook at 350° until done; knife in center comes out clean. (If bubbles up, it is overcooked.)
