  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 9 inch pie shell
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Beat eggs, add sugar, milk, vanilla and salt.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Sprinkle top with nutmeg.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 20 minutes longer.
