- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Mix well.

2In mixing bowl, beat eggs, then pour in hot water (hot water will cook eggs if not beaten well).

3Pour into pie shell and bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes.
