  • 1 unbaked 10-inch deep pie shell
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar and flour.

    Melt butter and blend with egg mixture.

    Add vanilla.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until tested done.
