  • 1 (9-inch) crust
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 2 eggs plus 1 yolk
  • 1 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 3/4 c. milk (half canned and half dairy)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Make crust or buy.

    Beat eggs thoroughly; add sugar and mix well.

    Add flour and stir; add milk and extract; beat well.

    Pour into crust and bake at 300° until brown.

    Make sure crust doesn't have a hole in it.

    Do not overcook.

    Pie should move when shaken after it is finished.
