- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 stick margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 (9 to 10-inch) unbaked pie shell
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1Mix well the sugar, butter, vanilla and milk; bring to a boil. Beat eggs in mixer real well.

2When milk mixture comes to a boil, pour slowly over eggs, beating while pouring into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

3Bake at 350° approximately 45 minutes or until crust sets.
