  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat egg yolks; add sugar and beat well.

    Add softened butter, flour and cream; beat well.

    Beat egg whites stiff; fold into batter and bake in 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake 15 minutes at 450° and lower to 325° and bake for 30 minutes.
