- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg yolks; add sugar and beat well.

2Add softened butter, flour and cream; beat well.

3Beat egg whites stiff; fold into batter and bake in 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

4Bake 15 minutes at 450° and lower to 325° and bake for 30 minutes.
